Infinix is reportedly working on a smartphone targeted at gamers. It’s no longer just an entry-level gaming smartphone; this one seems to be a premium gaming device.
This smartphone will be named Infinix GT 10 Pro and is set to be launched in early August. India is likely to be the first country to release this smartphone. Some exclusive photos of the device have started circulating, as reported by GSMArena.
The back of the phone appears to adopt a semi-transparent design similar to the Nothing phone. However, it also has a slightly different look, with gaming aesthetics more prominent.
The camera design is also unique and distinct. Three camera sensors are visible on the back, accompanied by a circular LED flash. The main sensor is said to have a resolution of 108 MP, as indicated by the writing within the diagonal line in the camera section.
As for the specifications, the smartphone is rumored to be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity SoC. Although there is no specific information about the exact model of the SoC used, it is clear that this smartphone will be optimized for eSports games like PUBG, MLBB, and Free Fire.
What’s interesting is that the smartphone’s retail box can also be used as an environmentally friendly music amplifier. So, after taking out the phone, users can place their smartphone back in the box to enjoy enhanced audio.
Infinix GT 10 Pro will be available in at least two colors, dark and white. It will run on XOS 13 based on Android 13, providing a user experience close to the native Android interface. However, regarding updates, the smartphone is rumored to receive only one major Android update and two years of security updates.
