Benchmark Scores Leak for Redmi Note 13 Pro: Impressive Performance with Snapdragon 7s Gen 2!

Xiaomi is gearing up to unveil the Redmi Note 13 series, consisting of three models: the Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro, and Redmi Note 13 Pro+. Among these, the Redmi Note 13 Pro recently made an appearance on the Geekbench benchmark, accompanied by Xiaomi’s confirmation of its use of the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC—a chipset recently announced by Qualcomm.

In the Geekbench leak for the device with model number Xiaomi 2312CRAD3C, it’s evident that the device boasts an Octa-Core setup, featuring 4x cores clocked at 2.4GHz and 4x cores running at 1.96 GHz. Furthermore, the device is equipped with a substantial 16GB of RAM. When it comes to performance scores, the single-core performance impressively reaches 1012, while the multi-core performance achieves a commendable 2943.

These scores mark a significant achievement for a mid-range SoC, surpassing even the Snapdragon 778G, which typically registers around 1000 for single-core and approximately 2800 for multi-core performance. However, in comparison to the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2, the SoC falls slightly short, particularly in terms of multi-core performance. As observed in the POCO F5 review, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 exhibits multi-core performance in the 4000 range.

On a parallel note, Xiaomi has also disclosed that the Redmi 13 Pro+ will be powered by the Dimensity 7200 Ultra SoC. There’s a strong likelihood that this SoC will offer a slightly enhanced performance profile compared to the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2.

The imminent release of the Redmi Note 13 series has sparked curiosity, leaving us eager to see if Xiaomi has more surprises up its sleeve for the official unveiling.
