Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy M14 5G, which was first released in Ukraine. Like the Galaxy M series, the smartphone features a super large 6,000mAh battery capacity.
Overall, the specifications are almost identical to the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, which was launched in January, with the difference being the chipset used, which is Exynos.
Specifications of Samsung Galaxy M14 5G:
For its main specifications, the Galaxy M14 5G comes with a 6.6-inch FHD+ PLS LCD, 90Hz Infinity-V Display, and is powered by an octa-core Exynos 1330. It’s worth noting that the Galaxy A14 5G uses the Mediatek Dimensity 700 SoC.
In terms of the camera, the smartphone uses a 50MP f/1.8 primary camera, with two additional sensors: a 2MP f/2.4 Depth sensor and a 2MP f/2.4 Macro sensor. As for the selfie camera, it uses a 13MP f/2.0 sensor. These specifications are exactly the same as the Galaxy A14 5G.
The 6,000mAh battery capacity of the Galaxy M14 5G is paired with a 15W charger via a USB 2.0 Type-C port. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, NFC (which the Galaxy A14 5G doesn’t have), dual SIM, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.2, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
What’s the Price? The price of the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G is slightly higher than that of the Galaxy A14, with prices for the Ukrainian market starting at 8,299 UAH or around $226 USD for the 4/64GB option. Meanwhile, the 6/128GB option is sold at 8,999 UAH or around $245 USD . It is available in Dark Blue, Blue, and Silver.
The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G is likely to be available in Indonesia as well. The smartphone has been registered on the TKDN site for some time now, and it’s just a matter of time before Samsung releases it.
