Apple has launched a new service on their Apple Store Online called “Shop with a Specialist over Video“. In simple terms, this service will allow customers to interact directly through video calls with an Apple Specialist when purchasing iPhone products online.
In addition, customers can also inquire about various things related to the iPhone product line, Trade In offers, ongoing promotions, and much more with an Apple Specialist. Apple says this service will provide a new experience for customers when purchasing iPhones on apple.com.
To access it, it’s quite easy, just click “Ask an iPhone Specialist” on the iPhone purchase page and select “Shop with us over one-way video”. From there, customers will be directly connected with an Apple/iPhone Specialist who will assist in choosing or answering various questions.
Unfortunately, the “Shop with a Specialist over Video” service is currently only available to customers in the United States with operating hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM local time. It is not yet known whether the Cupertino giant will expand this service to other countries.
