Apple has introduced its latest VR headset, the Apple Vision Pro, officially a while ago. With a price tag of around 3,786 US Dollars. , it seems that Apple has decided to sell this device in limited quantities and only by appointment.
The reason Apple has opted for an appointment-based system is to ensure that potential buyers can get a VR headset that fits properly to their head size and prescription glasses. It is mentioned that there will be dedicated areas in select Apple Stores in the United States that will offer device demos, seating arrangements, and measurement tools for accessories.
Each Apple Vision Pro unit will provide a much more personalized experience, tailored to the individual buyer’s measurements, resulting in an enhanced VR experience.
The Vision Pro demo spaces will initially be available only in flagship Apple stores in the United States before eventually expanding to all Apple stores across the US. In 2024, it is planned to expand to other countries such as Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia.
