Asus Zenfone 10 Officially Announced, Still Compact with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2

After various leaks and teasers, Asus has finally announced the arrival of the Zenfone 10 for the global market.

According to GSM Arena, the Asus Zenfone 10 features a 5.9-inch display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels and an AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 144Hz. Although the screen is not as compact as its previous generation, it is still relatively smaller compared to most modern smartphones today. The display boasts a DCI-P3 color gamut with color accuracy of Delta E<1, brightness of up to 1100 nits, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.

Under the hood, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, supported by up to 16 GB of RAM and internal storage of up to 512 GB. Asus promises that this device delivers 15% faster computing performance, 20% faster gaming performance, and 15% better efficiency.

One of the highlights of this device is its camera system. The rear camera features a 50 MP 1/1.56-inch primary sensor with a 24mm f/1.9 lens and 6-Axis Hybrid Gimbal Stabilization second-generation. This primary sensor is accompanied by a 12 MP ultrawide sensor, and there is a 32 MP selfie camera.

Other features include a 4300mAh battery capacity with support for 15W Qi wireless charging and 30W HyperCharge.
