Microsoft’s Automatic Super Resolution (Auto SR), an AI-powered upscaling feature for Windows on Arm (WoA) devices, will initially support a curated list of 12 games upon its launch. This list, compiled by worksonwoa.com (“Works on Windows on Arm”), includes a variety of popular titles ranging from action-adventure to role-playing games.
Auto SR utilizes AI capabilities from the NPU (Neural Processing Unit) to enhance both frame rates and visual quality on compatible devices. Copilot+ PC laptops, which meet the minimum NPU requirement of 45 TOPS, will benefit from this performance boost.
