As usual, Xiaomi releases their flagship smartphones every year, and it is now known that they are preparing the Xiaomi 14 Series. Recently, there have been leaks regarding the initial specifications of the phone, revealing details about the battery and fast charging support.
Previously, it was reported that the Xiaomi 14 Series would be the first to use the latest flagship chipset from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. This SoC is set to be introduced at the Snapdragon Summit 2023 in October.
According to GSMArena, Digital Chat Station shared new leaks about the battery specifications of the Xiaomi 14 Series. It is said that the Xiaomi 14 will feature a 4,860mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
On the other hand, the Xiaomi 14 Pro will have a slightly larger battery capacity and better fast charging support. The highest model in the series is expected to have a 5,000mAh battery with the ability to charge at 120W wired and 50W wireless.
So far, only the chipset and battery specifications are known about the Xiaomi 14 Series. Other specifications, especially the camera, which is always a key highlight of Xiaomi’s flagships, remain a mystery.
The latest flagship phone from Xiaomi is rumored to launch in November 2023. Considering that the release date is still quite far away, there is a possibility that more leaks will surface. Let’s wait and see!
