Honor X50 Soon to be Launched, Equipped with Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 Processor

Earlier this week, Honor launched the Honor 90 and 90 Pro smartphones in China, featuring powerful specifications and an appealing design.

Although these two phones have not been launched outside of China yet, it seems that the company is also working on a new mid-range model in the X series.

Recently, the Honor X50 was spotted on TENAA with its complete specifications, and it has now received the China National Quality Certification, bringing the device closer to its launch.

The Honor X50 with the model number ALI-AN00 has successfully passed the national quality certification. The listing indicates that the smartphone supports fast charging up to 35W and offers 5G connectivity.

The power supply specification output of the Honor X50 supports 5VDC, 2A or 9VDC, 2A or 11DC, and 3.2A MAX.

According to the TENAA listing, the smartphone has dimensions of 163.75.5 x 7.98mm and weighs 185 grams. It features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1.5K+ 2652 x 1200 pixels and an in-display fingerprint scanner.

The Honor X50 may be available in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage variants, with no option for expansion. It is powered by a 5,700mAh battery (nominal value), indicating that its typical capacity is 5,800mAh.

The Honor X50 is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, which is a newly launched mid-range SoC by Qualcomm.

We previously saw this processor in the Moto G Stylus (2023) earlier this week. The processor uses the Cortex-A78 CPU as its primary CPU core and is built on the Samsung 4nm process.

It features a 4x CA78 configuration at 2.2GHz + 4x CA55 at 1.8GHz. Compared to the previous generation, this configuration offers a 40% increase in performance.
