Infinix’s latest offering, the Infinix GT 10 Pro, has taken the stage after earlier reports hinted at a design reminiscent of the “Nothing Phone.” This new smartphone stands out as Infinix’s first dedicated gaming device, not only packing high-tier specifications for its category but also delivering a host of gaming-focused features.
Front and center is the Infinix GT 10 Pro’s 6.67-inch AMOLED display, boasting a crisp 1080 x 2400 pixel resolution. With an impressive 120Hz refresh rate and a swift 369Hz touch sampling rate, it even supports two-finger tracking. The screen employs a 10-bit panel with slim bezels, offering an outstanding brightness of up to 900 nits. It utilizes high-frequency PWM dimming at 1,920Hz. Additionally, the display incorporates a fingerprint sensor and features physical proximity and light sensors.
The heart of the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8050 chipset, fabricated on TSMC’s advanced 6nm process. Its configuration consists of a 4+4 setup of Cortex-A78 and A55 cores, with the primary A78 core clocking at 3.0GHz. The chipset houses a Mali-G77 GPU. Paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of internal UFS 3.1 storage, the Infinix GT 10 Pro also offers the option of expanding memory through Virtual RAM support, adding up to an additional 8GB. Plus, a Micro SD card slot caters to the demand for external storage, extending up to a remarkable 1TB.
In terms of audio, the device delivers a stereo speaker setup, retains the beloved 3.5mm audio jack, and integrates a 4D vibration engine for heightened audio immersion with haptic feedback. Powering this device is a robust 5000mAh battery, capable of 45W fast charging through USB PD 3.0.
Camera enthusiasts will appreciate the camera setup. A main 108MP sensor with an f/1.75 aperture and a 1/1.67″ size spearheads the photography capabilities. Coupled with two 2MP sensors, it forms a versatile trio. On the front, a 32MP selfie camera captures your best angles. Notably, the rear camera arrangement includes four LED flashlights that double as a flashlight, while two LEDs are dedicated to enhancing front-facing shots.
Running on Pure XOS 13, based on Android 13, the Infinix GT 10 Pro ensures a clean and fluid user experience, devoid of bloatware or intrusive ads.
