Nothing has recently unveiled a new sub-brand named “CMF by Nothing” through a video titled “Community Update.” This video not only shared insights about the company’s products and developments in the second quarter of 2023 but also introduced this fresh initiative.
The purpose behind creating CMF by Nothing is to make the experience of Nothing’s products accessible to a wider audience by offering them at more budget-friendly prices. Recognizing that acquiring Nothing’s products hasn’t been feasible for everyone due to their relatively higher costs, Carl Pei, the CEO of Nothing, initiated this move.
The initial lineup of products under CMF by Nothing will encompass smartwatches and earbuds, all adorned with the distinctive LED design that has become synonymous with Nothing’s Phone series.
To ensure a seamless focus on this new venture without disturbing the development of their primary products, CMF by Nothing will operate under a separate team within the company. The first wave of these sub-brand products is anticipated to launch within the upcoming months, marking a new chapter in Nothing’s journey to cater to a more diverse range of consumers.
