Vivo has introduced its latest tablet creation, the Vivo Pad Air, presenting a more budget-conscious alternative to its previously launched tablet offerings.
The unveiling, led by Vivo’s Vice President, Jia Jingdong, on the Weibo platform, showcases the Vivo Pad Air’s 11.5-inch display with a captivating 2.8K resolution. Showcasing a wide DCI-P3 color gamut, it’s enhanced by an adaptive refresh rate of 144Hz, complemented by eye protection features to ensure user comfort.
Under the hood, the tablet harnesses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset. Vivo is committed to delivering both cost-effectiveness and high-performance capabilities to the gaming and entertainment experience, all while ensuring seamless user control.
Augmenting the entertainment factor, the tablet boasts an arrangement of four sizeable speaker sound chambers, harmonized with the innovative Super Audio Computed technology. Its featherweight design, tipping the scales at just 530 grams, pairs with a mere 6.67mm thickness. Its 8500mAh battery capacity, combined with rapid 44W charging, ensures extended usage with swift recharging intervals.
A notable feature is the Vivo Pencil2 support, allowing users to seamlessly write and illustrate on the tablet’s responsive screen. Wrapping it all up, the tablet is set to run on the OriginOS 3, an Android-based operating system.
Dressed in elegant color choices including Free Blue, Brave Pink, and Easy Silver, the Vivo Pad Air is slated for official market release come August 2023.
