Nothing has finally announced the launch date for the Nothing Phone (2). The smartphone will make its debut on July 11, 2023, with the launch event being livestreamed at 4:00 PM UK time.
This schedule is only one day earlier than the launch of the Nothing Phone (1) in 2022. The inaugural phone from the London-based startup was also launched in July, specifically on the 12th.
Alongside this announcement, Nothing has also shared a new teaser in the form of a video showcasing the silhouette of the Glyph (LED light) display of the Nothing Phone (2). The device is believed to retain its transparent back panel design.
Come to the bright side.

However, the Glyph pattern on the Nothing Phone (2) will be slightly different. There are two LED strips surrounding the camera module, while several smaller strips encircle the wireless charging coil. The overall design has not been leaked yet.
Based on some renders that were circulating, which were later debunked by Nothing’s CEO, Carl Pei, as false, the Nothing Phone (2) is expected to feature a more curved design for its sides compared to its predecessor’s boxy shape.
Nevertheless, some other specifications have been officially confirmed by Nothing. The Nothing Phone (2) will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display and a 4,700mAh battery. The phone is also guaranteed to receive Android updates for 3 years and security updates for 4 years.
