Nothing Phone (2) Officially Launches

The unique-designed smartphone, Nothing Phone, has finally released its successor for sale in select markets. The Nothing Phone (2) not only receives improvements in terms of design but also brings upgrades in terms of features and specifications compared to its predecessor.

According to Phone Arena, the Nothing Phone (2) features a transparent exterior design called Glyph Interface, equipped with a series of LED lights, which has been the distinctive feature of Nothing Phone from the beginning. This interface can be customized to provide visual light notifications for specific applications and can integrate with third-party apps to make it more personalized.

The material used to make the Nothing Phone (2) is said to be recycled aluminum and it features an ergonomic curved design for a comfortable grip.

The main display is a 6.7-inch OLED panel with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, capable of reaching a brightness of up to 1000 nits. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, paired with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of internal storage.

The camera setup includes a 50 MP Sony IMX890 main sensor with OIS and EIS, along with a 50 MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide sensor. The front-facing camera features a 32 MP Sony IMX615 sensor. Other features include a 4700mAh battery with up to 45W fast charging, IP54 rating for water and dust resistance, and running on Android OS with guaranteed major updates for up to 3 years and security updates for up to 4 years.
