The June 2023 Steam Hardware Survey seems to have brought another surprise. This is evidenced by one of NVIDIA’s entry-level graphics cards reclaiming its position in the regularly conducted survey by Valve.
NVIDIA GTX 1650 Remains a Favorite Among Gamers in the Steam Hardware
Survey Information obtained from the official Steam Hardware Survey website once again delivers a surprise. After seven months and being temporarily overshadowed by more powerful graphics cards, it seems that gamers’ preferences cannot be denied.
Indeed, the entry-level graphics card, NVIDIA GTX 1650, has once again claimed its place in the Steam Hardware Survey, pushing aside the previously popular RTX 3060.
Based on the above table, it is clear that gamers today prefer graphics cards like the GTX 1650, which consume less power and are reliable for meeting daily computing needs that are not too demanding.
Whether it’s the DDR5 or DDR6 memory variants, their power consumption doesn’t stray far from the 75W range, which is considered power-efficient. In terms of capability, it can even rival competitors that require more power.
Still an Interesting Alternative to Competitors
According to the Steam Hardware Survey in June 2023, it is evident that this green camp graphics card remains an interesting alternative to competitors. Additionally, its encoder feature is perceived by the majority as helpful if the need arises.
Despite having only 4GB of VRAM, approximately 5.67% of gamers worldwide express satisfaction. From April to June, the GTX 1650 continues to dominate the regularly conducted surveys by Valve.
