Several months ago, @OreXda posted information on the X platform, suggesting that the Exynos 2500 would sport an 8-core CPU. However, subsequent updates revised this prediction to a more impressive 10-core configuration. Notably, a recent update has brought forth the latest details: the Exynos 2500, once rumored to feature 4 Cortex X5 cores, is now said to house just one Cortex X5 core. This adjustment could be in response to concerns about overheating, an issue experienced by the Dimensity 9300, which originally deployed 4 Cortex X4 cores as its primary processing units.
As the latest reports suggest, the Exynos 2500 will showcase one Cortex X5 as its primary core. It will be accompanied by 5 Cortex A730 cores, which will be divided into 3 high-clock-speed cores and 2 with lower clock speeds. Additionally, 4 Cortex A520 cores will serve as the efficiency cores.

Manufactured with a cutting-edge 3nm fabrication process, the Exynos 2500 is set to be produced by Samsung itself. This powerful processor is expected to make its debut within the Galaxy S25 Series, projected to hit the market in early 2025. When it arrives, it will enter a competitive landscape, facing off against successors to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and Dimensity 9300. The tech world eagerly awaits to witness the dynamics of this future showdown.
