According to reports from MySmartPrice, two new additions to Samsung’s tablet lineup have made their appearance in the Google Play Console database. These listings suggest that we can expect the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 Series and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE to hit the market soon.
First, there’s the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE, identified by the code gst9fewifi. This tablet appears to offer a Wi-Fi-only variant and is expected to come equipped with 6 GB of RAM, running on the Android 13 operating system. Under the hood, it’s rumored to house the Exynos 1380 chipset, featuring 4 ARM Cortex-A78 and 4 Cortex-A55 cores, along with a Mali G68 GPU.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9, with the model gta9, is likely to be powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset paired with a Mali-G57 GPU. This budget-friendly tablet is slated to offer 4 GB of RAM, also running on Android 13. The screen is expected to have a resolution of 800 x 1340 pixels, hinting at a more compact display.
As for the exact release date of these new tablet series, it remains uncertain. However, there are speculations that Samsung might unveil these tablets towards the end of the year, in 2023.
