Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 is expected to launch in 2023. The latest leaks reveal that Samsung’s flagship tablet will have a larger battery capacity than its predecessor.
According to Galaxy Club, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9’s battery has a rating of 8,160mAh. This battery capacity rating is usually lower than the typical capacity, and the typical value of the Tab S9 could be 8,500mAh if rounded up.
For comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has a typical battery capacity of 8,000mAh, meaning an increase of 500mAh. However, it is not yet known whether the battery capacity increase will also occur in its higher models, the Plus and Ultra.
Despite that, rumors about the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Series are still too vague at the moment. However, like the Galaxy Tab S8, the tablet will undoubtedly bring flagship-class specifications, including the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy chipset.
Its launch is expected to coincide with the Galaxy Unpacked event in August. At the event, Samsung will also announce their latest foldable devices, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5.
