Specifications and Renders of Realme Pad 2 Revealed

After the initial leaks some time ago, more detailed information about the Realme Pad 2 is now circulating. Several key specifications of the tablet have started to surface, including its design appearance through leaked renders that are also circulating online.

According to Gizmochina, the Realme Pad 2 will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, an upgrade from the first-generation tablet released two years ago, which used the Helio G80. Additionally, the screen size will be larger, going from 10.4 inches to 11 inches FHD+.

It is speculated that the Realme Pad 2 will feature up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. From the FCC certification, it is revealed that the tablet will be supported by an 8,360mAh battery capacity with 33W fast charging.

As for the cameras, a 20MP sensor is expected to be placed on the back, while the front camera will have either a 5MP or 8MP resolution. This means that the camera section has also received an upgrade, considering the first-generation tablet had only an 8MP primary camera.

The design itself still follows the two-tone concept, with a metal body. However, the camera section looks slightly different, now featuring a circular camera module with two “holes” for the camera and LED flash.

The bezels of the Realme Pad 2 appear thinner than its predecessor, with the front camera positioned in the center in landscape orientation. The sides are flat and feature speaker grilles at the top and bottom. The power button is placed on top, while the bottom houses a USB-C port.

Reportedly, the Realme Pad 2 will be offered in both Wi-Fi-only and LTE versions. Unfortunately, there is no estimate yet on when this second tablet from Realme will be launched.
