TECNO has officially announced the TECNO Pova 5 smartphone globally. It is the first model in the Pova 5 Series lineup, which is likely to be followed by the Pova 5 Pro.
As usual, TECNO always adds a unique design touch to its phones, and the TECNO Pova 5 is no exception. It features a design called Turbor Mecha, with bold lines reminiscent of a robotic armor.
TECNO Pova 5 Specifications In terms of specifications, the TECNO Pova 5 comes with a 6.78-inch IPS LCD display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of storage.
One of the highlights of this phone is its large 6,000mAh battery capacity. While the capacity is the same as its predecessor, the Pova 4, the Pova 5 comes with faster 45W fast charging compared to the previous 18W.
TECNO claims that the Pova 5’s battery can be charged up to 50% in just 21 minutes and fully charged in 60 minutes. With its large battery capacity, the phone also supports 10W reverse charging.
In the camera department, the phone features a 50MP primary sensor and a depth sensor on the rear. On the front, there is an 8MP selfie camera housed in a punch-hole design.
