Unveiling the Design of Google Pixel Watch 2

Google’s upcoming smartwatch offering, the Pixel Watch 2, has recently made its appearance on the roster of the Google Play Console. Beyond the foundational specifications, intriguing details about the smartwatch’s design have also come to light.

Remaining consistent with its predecessor, the Pixel Watch 2 will continue to embrace a circular watch face design, featuring a tactile button positioned conveniently on the right-hand side of the watch. The display itself is set to deliver a resolution of 383 x 384 pixels.

Under the hood, the Pixel Watch 2 is anticipated to harness the power of the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 chipset, paired with a 2 GB RAM configuration. Ongoing speculations suggest that this chipset will be complemented by a Custom Coprocessor and Ultra-wideband (UWB) Support. Impressively, it appears that the smartwatch will be available in dual variants – one with LTE connectivity and another with Wi-Fi capabilities.

In terms of battery life, the Pixel Watch 2 is projected to feature a battery capacity of approximately 306mAh, promising enduring power performance. Operating-wise, it will run on the Wear OS 4.0 platform, built upon the foundations of Android 13.

Anticipated to make its debut in tandem with the forthcoming Pixel 8 Series, the unveiling of the Pixel Watch 2 is expected to coincide with the announcement scheduled for October 2023. As excitement builds, tech enthusiasts and consumers alike eagerly await the fusion of style, innovation, and functionality in the Google Pixel Watch 2.
