vivo has unveiled its latest tablet offering, the vivo Pad Air, presenting a more budget-friendly option compared to the premium vivo Pad2 that made its debut just last April.
The tablet boasts a slightly downsized 11.5-inch display, employing an IPS LCD panel that delivers a resolution of 1840 x 2800 pixels and an impressive 144Hz refresh rate. Sporting a 3:2 aspect ratio, the screen features a 5MP front camera, catering to selfies and video calls with ease.
Underneath its sleek design, the vivo Pad Air runs on the Snapdragon 870 SoC, paired with a choice of either 8GB or 12GB of RAM and storage capacities stretching up to 512GB. Powering the device is an 8,500mAh battery that boasts support for rapid 44W charging.
On the rear side, a circular module houses the primary 8MP camera, adding a touch of elegance to its aesthetics. Operating on the OriginOS 3 interface, based on Android 13, the tablet also opens the door to creative possibilities with its compatibility with the vivo Pencil2 stylus (available separately), catering to those who seek to sketch and jot down notes.
The vivo Pad Air arrives in a trio of appealing shades: Brave Powder, Free Blue, and Easy Silver. The baseline configuration, offering 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, enters the market at a price of CNY 1,799. Meanwhile, the top-tier variant, featuring 12GB of RAM and an expansive 512GB of storage, is priced at CNY 2,599.
